1. A useful first conversation
Tell us what is failing, what you want to improve, and how you use the home. We schedule a measurement without demanding an immediate buying decision.
2. Measure and inspect
We measure each opening and note access, trim, siding or masonry conditions, and visible concerns that can affect the work.
3. Receive an itemized proposal
Your proposal identifies products, options, installation scope, exclusions, warranty information, and price. The price is not tied to signing during the appointment.
4. Final measure and order
After approval, specifications are confirmed before custom products are ordered.
5. Protect, install, and clean
The crew protects the work area, removes the old units, installs and seals the replacements, completes the agreed finish work, and removes job debris.
6. Inspect together
We operate and inspect the windows with you, review care and warranty information, and document any remaining item before final completion.
